Starter
Falabella Bianco 2013 Tenuta Ulisse, Terre di Chieti   (Majestic)
A blend of three of Abruzzo's principal white grapes: Trebbiano, Pecorino, Coccciola,
combining and tropical stone fruit flavours with a lifted spiciness and a touch of mineral grip.

Main
Stella Alpina Pinot Grigio 2013 Alto Adige   (Majestic)
This is a different of Italian Pinot Grigio, balancing a rich, pure palate of peach, melon and pear fruit with the crispiest of finishes.
or
Dogajolo Carpineto 2013 Toscana   (Majestic or Luvians)
A mini super-Tuscan. Soft and intensely fruity, this wine combines the elegance and complexity given by oak-ageing with the fragrant, fresh fruit. Soft on the palate with a smooth finish.

Cheese
Chateau Haut Bernasse 2004 Monbazillac   (Luvians)
Sustained golden colour. Rich nose, honey, candied fruit (apricot, tangerine), marzipan.
Suave, velvety, very young, marked by almond, jammy fruit. A rich and noble monbazillac.

Sweet
Royal Tokaji Late Harvest 2012   (Majestic)
Pale green-gold colour. The nose is more delicate than many a Tokaji, with aromas of ripe peach, exotic fruit and blossom.
Moderate palate weight, with a fine balance of intense sweetness and acidic lift.
