Tasting Note:
Lemony in colour, it has a hint of apple and lemon in the aroma. Course bubbles give a course foam which does not last but bubbles for a reasonable time. It has a slight lemon and which fruit taste but without the sharper zing you might expect at this price, and leaves a long, cleansing finish.
