Reuilly 'Les Fossiles', Denis Jamain 2013        12.5%
Main Grape: Sauvignon Blanc
Taste: A focussed wine lifted by a lovely salty, mineral freshness
Food: Brie; Caerphilly; Camembert; Feta; prawns;oysters;crab

Domaine Coche-Bizouard, Bourgogne Chardonnay 2012        14%
Main Grape: Chardonnay
Taste: Barrel-fermented, rich, round and generous
Food: Brie; Camembert; Charcuterie; Beef Carpachio

Josephshöfer Riesling Kabinett, von Kesselstatt 2014        9.5%
Main Grape: Riesling
Taste: Good substance, very mineral in character with slate, rounded fruit — orange peel, peach, and apricot. Good length and finish
Food: Fish terrine; Gammon; Roast Pork; Hog Roast; Roast Chicken

Meerlust Pinot Noir 2013        13%
Main Grape: Pinot Noir
Taste: Silky-textured, medium-bodied pinot with modest colour and complex savoury flavour
Food: Charcuterie; cold and cooked meats;wild mushroom linguini or risotto

Château de la Commanderie, Lalande-de-Pomerol 2010        14%
Main Grape: Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignan
Taste: Dense and rich with an enticing aroma reminiscent of sloes and fruitcake
Food: Cheddar; Gouda; Roast beef; Lamb; Pork

Minervois La Livinière Cuvée Cantilene, Château Sainte Eulalie 2012        14.5%
Main Grape: Syrah
Taste: Southern warmth with almost Bordelaise poise in this rich red of charm and sophistication
Food: Cheddar; Gouda; Cassoulet; Hearty stews; Roast beef or lamb; Sausages

Stanton and Killeen Rutherglen Muscat, 12 Years Old        18%
Main Grape: Muscat blanc à petits grain
Taste: Gloriously rich, complex flavours of raisins, treacle, coffee, chocolate and nuts
Food: Christmas Pudding
