NUTRI-HEALTH COMPENSATION PLAN
The Compensation Plan is the way that the company rewards it's
business partners for ordering and retailing products, and
potentially building and organisations.
It has been designed not just to make the business easy to
operate, but also to make it as financially reward as possible.
The plan incorporates a positional structure, which recognises
long term effort, and provides specific benefits of, which could
enable a person to treat Nutri-Health as their sole career.
Some aspects of the compensation structure, particularly the long
term organisational operation, can become quite indicated and
complex.
Be reassured that the entire design of the Nutri-Health business
has been based on the premise of providing maximum financial
returns for the people, whether they make large or small efforts.
A. THE POSITIONAL STRUCTURE
To recognise an individual's long term effort,
Nutri-Health have devised a simple positional structure.
Simply put, the harder someone has worked, the higher their
position and, therefore, the more profit they are able to make.
All of the positions are based on the amounts of turnover of both
the individual and all of the people within their organisation
during the period of a calendar month. These positions are
monitored and promoted
automatically by the company's computer at each month end, and
once they are awarded are permanent and require no
re-qualification.
You are not obliged to follow this promotional path but it
certainly is advisable if you would like to be as well rewarded
as possible for your effort.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates
- completes registration form/standing order
Partner
- total orders of £240 (20 bottles) in a calendar month
Senior (Snr) Partner
- total orders of £1,200 (100 bottles) in a calendar month
Group Co-ordinator
- total orders of £6,000 (500 bottles) in a calendar month
Group Leader
- total orders of £30,000 (2,500 bottles) in a calendar month
Group Director
- total orders of £150,000 (12,500 bottles) over any six month
period.
B. FINANCIAL BENEFITS
Nutri-Health has given their business partners the
biggest possible retail profit margin.
1. RETAIL BENEFITS
PRICING SYSTEM
The maximum price any person will pay is £14.50 per bottle
(including postage and VAT) irrespective of the number of bottles
they are ordering.
This is broken down as follows:

This should enable the new person who has just joined
Nutri-Health to make an immediate retail profit of £10.49 (42%)
selling the product at the recommended retail price of £ 24.99.
This system starts to operate from the position of Partner
upwards which Nutri-Health estimates that virtually all of their
people will achieve.

2. ORGANISATION BENEFITS
The organisation benefits are one of the most
significant areas of payout from the Company.
EXAMPLES
You can earn between 16% to 32% (approx. £2 to £4 per bottle)
on all of the orders of personally introduced (frontline) people.
You can earn up to 16% (approx. £2 per bottle) override on all
of the orders of other people in organisations through
potentially limitless number of levels.
You can earn up to 9% (approx. £1.10 per bottle) on the orders
of other people in our organisation, who make up five qualifying
generations of partners (which could be potentially tens of
hundreds of levels).
3. LEADERSHIP BENEFITS
For people achieving the top positions in the structure, the
Company provide
an annual profit share at Christmas.
They also invite those individuals to join the Company Advisory
Panel, which
is the group of people who help to the Company future strategy.
