WESTBROOK MARINE PROJECTS offer the following additional services:

  • Stability Testing and Stability Book compilation - all to MCA approved standards
  • Survey commercial and private vessels for condition, value and to check Code compliance (see examples of survey types below)
  • Act as Owner's Representative and Technical Consultants during new-builds, refits or repairs
  • Compute Power, Speed and Range Estimates for motor and sailing vessels
  • Prepare detailed Weight Estimates and Stability Reports for new-builds, refits or modifications
  • Design Marine Electrical Systems including load sheet calculations, cable sizing and wiring diagrams
  • Design Engineering Systems including propulsion layouts, ventilation arrangements and piping system schematics
  • Undertake Specification Writing, Cost Estimates and Project Planning
  • Provide ship and boatbuilders with CAD/CAM plate development, frame lofting and material templates
  • Prepare Trials Programs and conduct Trials Supervision and Data Recording
  • Prepare specific Safety Manual, Operations Manual and Training Manual for any vessel
  • Supply, fit and commission Marine Computer Systems and software
