Gina Phillips was set up in 1988 as an agency specialising in representing fashion photographers and offering production services for photographic shoots.
Our first office was in the dining room of Gina's flat in The Angel, Islington, with her flatmate Debra working for the agency part time. At the end of 1989 the agency moved into their first real office, a 'cupboard' in the Worx studio complex in Kings Cross, and the following year Debra became a partner.
Things have changed a bit in the intervening 9 years, we are now in our third office in the Worx, approximately 1000 sq foot, which has recently been redesigned by Plot Interior Design.
We have a fulltime staff of 4 with an additional 2 people working part time, and are currently representing 10 photographers and one stylist.
