olds.
Each age group therefore has to have a programme of work tailored to their own
level and our coaches must work within this framework in a bid to
understand and improve their squad.

Overall the Club is looking to produce athletic players that are able to play
at pace off a limited number of touches. Girls that fulfill their potential
over the long term ensuring that the club is able to compete with and as one of
the game's elite.
