Chy Fentongoth means 'Cottage of the Old Well' The cottage is an interesting two storey outhouse of a 17th century farmhouse, around which the village has grown, set behind Fore Street. Chy Fentongoth is joined to the main house by our single storey kitchen, and the courtyard is common to both. The well is located in the courtyard and originally served the cottages in the immediate vicinity- it is now safely covered. | ||
