Paying Us? We don't want to chase you up so please make sure that you send us payment to the full value as soon as you place an order. You can pay by cheque or postal order made out to:- Mr I.J. METHUEN or Mr M.S. BROOKS (your choice!) We're sorry but right now we do not have the necessary 'gizmo' to take credit or debit card orders. If we think that this is a good idea then we'll probably implement that process later in the year. All orders must be paid for in full before being despatched or completed. You know the story - we need to be paid. In the case of CV's and stationery we are happy to accept your order and begin processing it. We aim for 72 hour turnaround - and we hope you do too! Send your cheque or postal order when you place the order and we'll do the rest. As for bigger events and orders we'll need to pay deposits to our colleagues so please don't be offended if we ask you for about 25% as a deposit. We would of course love to speak to you about your event requirements and as a matter of course talk to you about payment options - hey! - we're flexible! Delivery We calculate the post and packaging order by order - but we'll advise you by e-mail when we confirm your order. On a CV pack you could expect to pay about £1.00 for P&P. If you need us to courier or overnight your parcel do give us a call. Be Loyal Yes - we do offer loyalty discounts. We don't offer points or prizes!
