We are a group of people who meet regularly to chat, eat, drink, have some fun, eat, drink, drink some more and sometimes help the local community.

Recent Table meetings have included

  • Laser Quest
  • Go-Karting
  • Speaker Meetings
  • Brewery Visits
  • Greyhound Racing

We are part of a national and international organisation whose aims are Fun Friendship and Fund Raising

Each year we organise a fireworks display  and Halloween procession to raise funds for the local community.

We also tour Twyford and the surrounding area with Father Christmas and the Santa Float throughout December.

What is Round Table?

"Round Table is a club for young men aged 18 to 45. It provides an opportunity for members to meet on a regular basis and take part in a diverse variety of activities including:-

Social Events, sports, international visits , community service and MAKING NEW FRIENDS. Started by Louis 'Mark' Marchesi in 1927 the movement has expanded to about 1,100 clubs in Great Britain and Ireland. It is also established in over 60 countries with around 60,000 members. Forget any pre-conceived ideas you may have about Round Table. It is
friendly, fun and rewarding. Ask any Round Tabler and he will tell you about that the movement expands horizons and gives you a passport to a world-wide group of friends.

If you would like to know more about Round Table and membership, please telephone 0345 581018. It will be one of the most important telephone calls you ever make."
