Twyford and District Round Table

We are currently setting up a twining with Mainz-Rheinhessen 194 Round Table.  We had the pleasure of hosting Andreas and Ursula in the middle of June 2001 to discuss links between our tables.  During the weekend we managed to fit lots in to give both Andreas and Ursula and Twyford RT an idea of what Euro tabling is about - including a reception supper, a trip to the golf range, a visit to our local vineyard, a pub lunch, a trip on the river at Henley on Thames, a flying visit to a brewery, a teddy bear tea shop, a progressive supper and a farewell BBQ Brunch - quite a bit for two days!!!

This March (2002) three couples from Twyford went to visit Mainz - where we were hosted by a fabulous group of people and had a great time - a city tour of Mainz, lunch in a Brew pub, Go Karting, a Wine Cellar visit, a typical German meal and a farewell Brunch.  Click here for Photos
