hickweed Cream, for eczema..

Chickweed (Stellaria spp) is probably one of the most common weeds growing all over the world.

It was traditionally harvested as a vegetable and was given as a tonic to caged linnets.

It has been used to heal wounds and in poultices to draw boils.

Chickweed contains Mucilage, saponins, silica, minerals, Vitamins A,B & C and Fatty acids

Chickweed acts as an astringent, antirheumatic, wound healer and demulcent

The essential oils of the chickweed combined in the cream are very soothing to irritated skin and effective in the treatment of eczema. It can also be used to draw insect stings or splinters and on burns and scalds.
