This web based simulation accompanies the following document.

Programming with a mouse unit.

This program starts off simulating that there is no mouse attached to the DVB-MHP terminal. Please try clicking on the simulated display screen a number of times with the web mouse and note that nothing happens.

Now please click in the lower right hand half of the white area that is between the simulated display screen and the simulated hand held infra-red control device. The program is now simulating that there is a mouse attached to the DVB-MHP terminal. Please click on the simulated display screen at points far apart each from the others. The first click shows a yellow point, the second click draws a yellow line from the first point to the second point, the third click draws a line from the second point to the third point and also draws a line from the third point back to the first point, thereby completing the drawing of a triangle. A fourth click will be treated as a first click and will clear the screen and start the drawing of a new triangle. One may draw triangles for as long a time as one chooses.

Clicking in the lower left hand half of the white area that is between the simulated display screen and the simulated hand held infra-red control device will cause the simulation management environment to cause the simulation to simulate that there is no mouse attached to the DVB-MHP terminal.

One may change the choice of whether the simulation acts to simulate a DVB-MHP terminal with a mouse attached or with no mouse attached as often as one chooses: however, the simulation is always restarted from the beginning at each such change, as the simulation is regarded as being upon a different DVB-MHP terminal.

The buttons push in but have no effect in this particular program.
