The SC UniPad editor is an extremely useful tool for a PC when experimenting with producing comet circumflex sequences.

The CTRL Q feature allows quick insertion of Unicode characters using a hexadecimal code.


The Microsoft Calculator in scientific mode, which can be accessed by View | Scientific, is very useful for converting from hexadecimal to decimal and from decimal to hexadecimal.
