I recently returned from my holiday in Menorca and, whilst in Ciudadela, I found a bike shop selling a new cyclemotor. The motor is an 'MX5' and fits halfway down the seat tube driving the rear tyre by means of a roller. The motor was for sale at approx £250 (plus import duties to H M Customs no doubt!) The roller can be engaged and disengaged by means of a handlebar control; there is also a conventional twist-grip. The petrol tank is underslung from the cross-bar in front of the rider.
