Spring is Sprung

British cyclemotors are not renowned for their springing; the Webb fork on the BSA Winged Wheel is about the only one that is familiar.  There were a few other types available, the Alfa for example, and one or two enterprising owners fitted Palco units, but the Webb fork is the only one you can expect to see at a cyclemotor run nowadays.  By way of a contrast, here is a selection of the spring forks available to a cyclemotorist in the Netherlands.  Thanks go to Alan Bond for providing these illustrations.
