The table below shows the Mobylette mopeds and 50cc motor cycles that were available during the 1960s, listed by model number. Many of the AV models were also available as AU models too; the difference is that AV was used for those badged as Motobécane and AU was used for Motoconfort. The BG models used a transmission system of a roller (galet) rubbing on the rear tyre. SP models are "Spéciale"; the more sporting end of the range. The MIP range were folding (pliant) machines. The D models are vélomoteurs or light motor cycles - machines without pedals and not restricted in power to meet moped regulations.
