Dear Paul,
Last year I wrote to Buzzing to tell about my Aunty and Uncle, Eve and Ken Evaals from Kortrijk here in Belgium. I told you that they have a bicycle with a small British engine, upside down on the back wheel. I told you that Eve and Ken were famous here in the 1950s for leaping. Stories say that they would race down a high hill, up a wooden plank, then fly over a cart of hay. They did this many times for fun and for friends, but stopped when Aunty Eve missed the plank.
Now I have found a photograph of Eve and Ken Evaals, that's me in the middle. I am sending a copy to you for your magazine.
Best wishes,
Walter Evaals
ps: Aunty Eve is wearing a duffle coat. This is named after Duffle, a small town in Belgium not so far from here.
