hypa welcomes the YES vote in the referendums on the peace agreement in Ireland. We would like to suggest that in the future ballot papers are only valid if the voter writes some kind of a joke on the paper long with their X.
This should ensure at least a 99.5% Yes vote as the No campaigners all seemed to completely lack a sense of humour.
