hypa has learned the truth about why the Iraqi President has not been seen in public during this crisis. Apparently, an attempt by the CIA to assassinate him using a poisoned cigar backfired horribly when the CIA agent accidentally confused the poisoned cigar with a joke exploding cigar.
It seems that the exploding cigar caused half of the Iraqi President's moustache to burn off. This has made the Iraqi President look very silly indeed, and he is refusing to appear in public till it grows back.
