Appeal Form: Tree
Preservation Orders (TPO).
Appeals against Local Planning Authorities refusal for works to
trees covered by a TPO are handled by Local Government Offices. Currently, only the
Government Office for the South East offers such forms on-line and this form includes the
south-east address.
