Log files and service histories are held for every door, providing an
invaluable tool for swift problem diagnostics. Controlled documentation
is provided for every door which covers installation, wiring, maintenance
logs and operating, maintenance and safety instructions.
Preventative maintenance is the most effective tool for keeping doors working safely and efficiently and is the basis of our “Doorcare” service contract. The contract provides low cost regular maintenance and testing of all your doors with fully documented reports and recommendations.
Our optional extended warranties which are available in conjunction with a service contract offer further peace of mind. By offering extended warranties our customers are helped to meet Health & Safety and Product Liability Legislation.
