~STYLE~

Stuart House provides an excellent Bed & Breakfast service in an Edinburgh, New Town, Georgian terraced house arranged on three floors: Ground, First & Second. The property dates from 1830 and was modernised in 1990 while retaining many of it's original features such as fine cornices in high ceilinged rooms, fireplaces, large open stair case and shuttered windows of the Georgian period of architecture.

~FACILITIES~

We have five attractive en-suite bedrooms arranged as twins and doubles and two single rooms with private bathrooms. All rooms have complimentary hospitality tray, colour television, central heating, hairdryers, radio/clock and direct dial telephones. Prices quoted include a comprehensive choice of breakfast and daily maid service. Additionally, and for your convenience, Stuart House is a totally NON SMOKING establishment. Please bear in mind that Stuart House is our home as well as a Bed and Breakfast and does not have a lift to the upper floors . If you feel stairs are a problem, unfortunately, we do not have ground floor bedrooms. We do not provide an evening meal as there is a very varied selection of good restaurants within walking distance.
