On Saturday May 5 we experienced a decidedly un-rock'n'roll night at the Underworld, with Sorrow, Mantra and Seventh Harmonic constructing atmospheres and soundscapes around us. Between-band sounds came from the mysterious E23 of Brighton's Invisible Landscapes club - and, in keeping with the aesthetic of the gig, the DJ set was slanted more towards the creation of an atmosphere, rather than packing the dance floor.
