Read the following steps first before you start(remember it's hard to read a monitor with your eyes shut but not impossible?)

1) sit comfortably(best advised position at the start).

2)Release negative thoughts and try to keep your mind neutral.

3)Look into my eyes for about ten seconds or less depending on the individual this so to make the connection.

4)Breath naturally.

5)Close your eyes naturally and focus on me in your mind.

6)Allow me to show you knowledge and once you have done this open your eyes.
