Phil Burthem has extensive experience in the training and preparation of featured actors and extras for television and films. The type of weapons and props used in a project can very greatly, but what is most important is the preparation of the people using them. His overriding ethos is that if fighters are able to go on set and quickly perform to the director requirements time and money are used efficiently.

Training System
Using a system that is unique and has been developed over 20 years, it is possible for Phil to prepare large numbers of combatants from a low skill level and make them capable of efficient, effective and realistic combat. He also trains many feature actors in close quarter combat, weapon familiarity and body language.
