Specifically we make the following promises:
• To dispatch all credit card orders within 24 hours of placement or to notify by return e-mail of an out of stock item which we will automatically back order for you. U.K. orders will normally arrive within three working days and most international orders take no more than seven days. Orders placed using check (cheque) or money order will be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds.
• To replace or refund any product found to be faulty on receipt. (Please note that damage caused by the carrier will be investigated by us in the first instance)
• To accept payment in U.K. Pounds Sterling - if you are purchasing from outside the U.K., your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
• To ensure your card transaction is secure - NetBanx is responsible for the whole operation and we do not at any time have access to your details. NetBanx accept all the major credit/debit cards.
• To charge no V.A.T. or any other taxation ( we are not registered at present but this may change!)
• To keep our website and range of products fresh and regularly updated.
