Lantern FM Broadcasts on 96.2 across North Devon, from Studios that are currently based in Bideford.
After the audio signal comes from our studios, it is processed to ensure that all the output is at essentially the same volume, and then sent up a digital fibre-optic cable to the Huntshaw Cross mast.
Our Transmitter is located at Huntshaw Cross with an erp (effective radiated power) of 4Kw
We also broadcast RDS (Radio Data Signal). RDS data displays our station name on compatible car/domestic radios.
