Job title: Senior Analyst/Programmer
I worked, under contract to CIRCLE (CICS Consultancy), on the conversion of a
Bonds Administration system from OS/VS COBOL and CICS/MVS 2.1.2 to COBOL/2
and CICS/ESA 4.1. Part of the project also involved implementing Year 2000 date handling.
Development work took place under mainframe CICS using Intertest to debug programs and
Hiperstation to capture and replay test scenarios for regression testing purposes.
The project was completed on schedule and passed over to Citibank staff to UAT and implement.
