| HOME | CANTAMIL 2001 Cantamil 2001 is a strong multi-vitamin and mineral preparation. It used to be available as Cantamega 2000, produced by Larkhall Green Farm or Cantassium, but is no longer available. It is a mix of vitamins, minerals and other nutritional elements such as herbs, betaine HCl and digestive enzymes, synergistically blended together. Better Health took what was an excellent formulation, and improved upon it by producing it as a capsule, which helps improve absorption, and therefore the efficacy of the formulation Recommended Dosage3 capsules daily, in divided doses. (Or as advised by a health practitioner.) Cautions / Adverse ReactionsCantamil 2001 is extremely safe, and well-tolerated. Occasionally patients have described mild stomach discomfort such as indigestion, but this is extremely rare. Avoid in pregnancy. (This is due to Vitamin A which should be limited during pregnancy.)
