We often term them as ‘Colon Cleanse’ as they have a cleansing effect upon the bowel, they help to eliminate Candida (or other unfriendly bowel bacteria) and promote normal bowel function. They have a mild laxative type of action, although in most this is not noticeable at the usual dosage. They may be used effectively in cases of constipation or in any condition where there is a bowel dysfunction or dysbiosis. They also help in cleansing regimes, by promoting the cleansing of toxins through the bowel, which also helps with liver congestion. Recommended Dosage1 capsule three times daily. May be increased if necessary – as advised by a health practitioner. Cautions / Adverse ReactionsJ30 is usually relatively well tolerated. It is best taken just before or with a meal. However, it does have a mild laxative effect, although most people do not notice this. If it is noticeable when first taking the capsules it may settle after a few days.
