| HOME | J31 J31 herb capsules are often recommended following a BEST Health Screening Test. J31 is known as ‘Kidney Cleanse’ and may be used as an alternative to a similar treatment recommended by Hulda Clark, a scientist from the States who advocates many treatments for various conditions, including Cancer. A ‘Kidney Cleanse’ is a method of cleansing the kidney and eliminating any stones or grit or gravel that has collected there. J31 is usually recommended with Vitamin B6 (250mg daily) and Magnesium (300mg daily). Other recommendations may also be made, according to the individual’s particular needs. Cautions / Adverse ReactionsJ31 has proven over the years to be well tolerated. Very rarely people notice that they are passing slightly more urine than usual, although this is not always very noticeable. If there are any stones in the urinary tract these may be passed, and may appear in the urine. Occasionally larger stones may cause a little discomfort or the appearance of a little blood in the urine. If this happens, other homoeopathic or other treatments may be necessary. Caution needs to be taken in long-term use, as it contains Liquorice, which in large doses over a prolonged period may lead to a loss of potassium from the body, and ultimately high blood pressure. This would be most unusual for J31 as the dosage of Liquorice is quite low, and the product is usually only used for a relatively short period of time.
