| HOME | J53-C J53-C is a herbal medicine that is often recommended for upper GI problems, including heartburn, indigestion, and so on. It is often advised following a Vitamin / Mineral test where it is found that Digestive Enzymes are deficient. This propriety blend of herbs has been synergistically combined for its efficacy in controlling upper GI symptoms, and improving the digestive system in general. It leads to improved digestion and absorption of vitamins and minerals, and also leads to improvements in the lower GI tract. Often lower GI tract problems, particularly large bowel dysbiosis, is associated with (and may be caused by) poor digestive function in the upper GI tract or small intestine. It is often used in combination with Pre-Biotic, a Phytonutrient that has particular benefits in bowel dysbiosis or ‘leaky gut.’ It is different to J53 tincture in that it does not have a direct effect on the flow of pancreatic and bile enzymes, but improves digestion in a different way. It has a calming effect on the digestive function, and may be used in conjunction with J53 tincture if a more direct effect on digestive enzymes is required, but an overall calming effect on the upper GI tract is needed. Recommended Dosage1 capsule three times daily, with meals. May be increased if necessary – as advised by a health practitioner.
