Laroque Des Alberes
Our village house is situated in the charming, historical village of Laroque des Alberes. This village is only 10km from the long, sandy beaches of Argeles sur Mer.
A trip to Le Perthus, in Spain, takes about 30 minutes. Here you can buy spirits, petrol, cigarettes and provisions at a much lower price than in France.
It is only a 5 minute walk to the centre of the village where you will find many different shops. A large supermarket is a 5 minute drive away and there is a huge hypermarket in Argeles.
On the ground floor of the accommodation, there is a large garage which is big enough for 2 cars. The garage also contains a large fridge freezer.
On the 1st floor, there is a large open plan living/dining room with an American kitchen and superb views of Pic Neolous. Off the living room there is a shower room with WC and washing machine. There is also a small storeroom which can accommodate a cot. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small fridge, dual purpose microwave and a gas cooker. There is cutlery for 6 people. The living room has 4 armchairs and a sofa bed. There is also a TV and DVD player.
On the 2nd floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a roof terrace. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. The ceilings are quite low. On the roof terrace there is a large ceramic table and 6 chairs. There is also a gas BBq.
The property benefits from reversible air conditioning, making it warm in winter and cool in summer.
