Purchase
Ordering and Ledger Control System. Multi-user
database used by the Environmental Protection Department. In the
past it was difficult to assess on a daily basis what the financial
position was from day to day with regard to committed costs and
actual costs. This system is used as the main purchase ordering
system which then uploads any invoiced data directly to the corporate
ledger. A reporting utility calculates what the financial commitment
is at any point in time. |
