Project Management System. This database was developed on behalf of the Landscape Section of the Sports and Leisure Dept.

Correspondence Tracker. This system incorporates the interoperability of Microsoft Access with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word. Incoming correspondence is scanned onto the network system, basic details about the correspondence is held on a networked Access database. The shell of the reply document is automatically generated and sent as an incomplete task to the person responsible for replying, along with an attached link to the scanned image of incoming correspondence.

Purchase Ordering and Ledger Control System. Multi-user database used by the Environmental Protection Department. In the past it was difficult to assess on a daily basis what the financial position was from day to day with regard to committed costs and actual costs. This system is used as the main purchase ordering system which then uploads any invoiced data directly to the corporate ledger. A reporting utility calculates what the financial commitment is at any point in time.

Customer Database. This multi-user system was developed primarily as a marketing tool. Customer contacts are maintained and product purchase patterns monitored.

The linked sales data is queried using a sophisticated reporting utility which collates the information and summarises it in a more meaningful and user friendly fashion.
