You should have received a letter and a card to be returned to the Winchester City Council Environmental Health Services. If not, ring 01962 848242 as you need to return the card to get a recycling wheelie bin.

Recycling collection will be every fortnight, collecting NEWSPAPERS, MAGAZINES, FOOD & DRINK CANS and PLASTIC BOTTLES.
