There are now many different teaching forms of Reiki available to the general public, most based on either eastern or western Reiki traditions. Chris has an integrated approach, teaching the best of each tradition whilst retaining the basic simplicity of Reiki as a healing practice. Her extensive practical training and experience within other empowered energy traditions as well as within Reiki itself has enabled her to develop the MahaReiki© Workshops. (Maha in Sanskrit means "supreme").

You will find these workshops unique in that they offer you pprofound, transformational attunements to prepare your subtle and physical body to permanently and safely hold the Reiki energy. These are being imparted in addition to the more traditional Reiki initiations as these reinstate the secret and natural empowerment preparation.

The traditional Japanese Reiju Attunement and other practices such as Hatsurei Ho are also taught in each workshop. A Reiki Certificate and manual, and lineage details are provided with each course.

First Degree - you learn to channel Reiki through your hands and to give a full treatment to yourself and others. This workshop particularly focuses on self-healing and self-empowerment. Includes Reiju Attunement and attunement to the Medicine Buddha. Two Day Workshop Cost £100

Second Degree - mental and emotional balancing and distance healing techniques are taught together with the traditional symbols and the attunement process is deepened; also includes Light Body Preparation and traditional Japanese Reiki Gakkai techniques. One/Two Day Workshop Cost £120

Reiki WisdomÓ Workshop - Creative techniques for working with Western and Japanese Reiki, drawn from the teacher’s many years of professional experience - for those already attuned to Reiki and who wish to expand their practice. Includes meditation, informal practice sessions and additional attunements for spiritual growth. One Day Workshop Cost £35

Third Degree – For those wishing to teach - traditional Reiki Master/Teacher attunements and Training; Reiju attunement and Training; more Japanese practices; and additional Light Body attunements given. Three day course and informal on-going support and training to help integration and understanding of processes Cost £500
