Young People involved with THOMAS

HELPING THE EX-
YOUNG OFFENDER
Duncan
Duncan has just joined our project, he has been involved
with crime since the age of 10.
While in and out of youth
custody he has used the
opportunities to gain various
qualifications. He now wants to
build a new life and start again.
We are here to help him and
support him as he prepares for
college. We believe he can make
it and give something back to society.

THE SMILE
SAYS IT ALL:

Catherine
We welcome Catherine, a university graduate, who has joined our Reconcile Project to work with young people with drug problems in the community.

.

SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND NO PLACE TO GO.

Many of the young people we communicate with have first hand experience of social exclusion. They have made mistakes in the past and are trying to deal with the present moment. They find many doors closed and no one there to support Them try and give them a voice and act on their behalf.

We welcome
back Steve
Steve
Steve has had problems with drugs and crime in the past. He has now put all that behind him and is working with our organisation. He has a bright future and is a great asset to our work. He is a living proof that things can really get better. Steve is now on a counselling course and is helping other addicts face up to their problems. Our client group find him easy to talk to.
VALERIE WE STILL THINK
OF YOU
Valerie
Valerie is a good friend of Edges and has frequently visited our Drop In Centre over the years.
