One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after;
that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life  (Psalm 27:4)

The State as Parent
State Intrusion into the Sanctity and Privacy of the Family

"We must remove the children from the crude influence of their families.
We must take them over and, to speak frankly, nationalize them
"

"[T]he most vulnerable children in our society ... are in our care; we, the state, are their parents"

"The first thing that a totalitarian regime tries to do is to get at the children,
to distance them from the subversive, varied influences of their families,
and indoctrinate them in their rulers' view of the world"

"Above all things, the child needs protecting from the state"

[
UK Supreme Court, Judgement, The Christian Institute and Others v The Lord Advocate (Scotland), 28:07:16, para. 73]

"Put starkly, the state by its actions has denied these parents the right to decide for themselves, within the privacy of the family,
what in their view, as devoted parents, is in the best interests of their children - a matter which, to speak plainly, is no business of the state"
[
Sir James Munby, President of the Family Division of the High Court of Justice, 19:01:2017, para.21]

"Perhaps those words will now be quoted to every Government busy-body, every ardent searcher for parental non-conformity,
every state employee who believes interfering in family life is 'only doing their job'.
Perhaps this edict will echo from doorsteps and family homes where love resides with all of its human blemishes and quirks.  I'd like to think so"

The Golden Rules

Never contact Social Services,

Never believe a word they say,

Never, never, never sign any documents they present to you,

Never, never agree to let your children go into foster care (especially if they say it is temporary or voluntary),

Refuse to be assessed by so-called experts; e.g. psychiatrists, therapists, counsellors,

Keep your door chained; 'forced entry' is a criminal offence,

Deny Social Services access to your medical records,

Never write a letter to anyone connected to Social Services.

If Your Children Are Being Targeted by Social Workers (UK)

Contact Christian Voice immediately.  We can put you in touch with others who have been down this road and won and who are only too happy to offer advice to those in a similar plight.

If you are asked to take your children to the hospital for a 'checkup' on Friday afternoon, never agree.  Social workers arrange that intentionally to keep you waiting until 5 or 6pm so they can remove your children after it is too late to seek legal help until Monday.

If you have been threatened with having your children removed, teach your children to make reverse charge calls at public phone boxes and help them to memorise your phone number.  That way, if they are taken away, contact will never be lost.

Never sign any documents social workers present to you, even if they say you have to.  Remember that social workers have absolutely no power unless they are working specifically under a court order issued by a judge.  You always have the opportunity to contest such orders in court either before or after they are given.

Never agree for your children to go into foster care even for a temporary period, because in the eyes of the courts this is equivalent to admitting abuse.

Never give social workers more information than the bare minimum.  They will use any information they can against you.  This means you should avoid writing them letters, even when you are upset and feel like you have to.

If social workers ask to look at your medical records, always write to your doctor and request that they be kept strictly confidential.

Write:

to your MP and express your concern that children are being removed from their birth parents to satisfy adoption targets.  Many MPs are already under pressure on this issue since so many parents have been contacting them with (often illegally) their horror stories.  If enough other concerned citizens also write to their MPs, they may begin to put significant pressure on the government.  Insist that there be more transparency in the proceedings of Family Courts.  Also ask your MP whether he favours the establishment of an independent watchdog to scrutinise the work of the social services.

Pray:

(a)  for the numerous families being torn apart to satisfy Government's adoption targets.
(b)  that this issue becomes high profile in the media, despite all the social services are doing to keep it quiet.

If You Are Ever Approached By Anyone From Social Services (USA)

If a social service representative arrives at your home with an order to investigate, ask to see their search warrant and court order. Call your attorney immediately and read the order to them. If you are unable to reach your attorney, keep the order, or ask for a copy and politely tell the social worker that you will not talk to them without your lawyer being present,

You are not required by law to talk to any of these people, so don't. (As of June, 1, 2010, now you have to TELL them you are going to remain silent),

Never invite a social service representative into your home. If they have gained entrance before you learn why they are there, ask them to leave. If they do not leave, call the police and request that they be removed for trespassing,

They DO have to have a VALID search warrant.

What To Do - What Not To Do

If a child injures himself, but does not require attention by a medical professional, it would be wise for parents not to let him attend school or be seen apart from trusted friends until the marks or bruises subside.

If the child needs medical care, do not leave him alone if at all possible.  If a child care professional becomes suspicious, the child will be interrogated without the parents present.  If he is young, especially he may become frightened and respond inappropriately.  In answer to the question, 'How did you get that bruise', he may say, 'I don't know.'  He may even change his story as to how he got the bruise, based upon how the professional responds to his answer.  If his answer does not indict his parents, he may be asked the same question again and again. Sensing that the professional doesn't believe him, he may offer a different version of what happened.  This may be all the professional needs to confirm his or her suspicions that abuse has occurred.  Pressed further, the child may change his story yet again.  A 'sure sign' of abuse.

If the injury accidentally occurred at the hands of a parent, the child may even blurt out, 'My mommy did it!'.  He has no idea of what is going on.  The parents will not learn of the details of this interrogation until they hear them in court, unless the CPS caseworker notifies them beforehand. ...

Should a CPS agent knock on your door and tell you they've received allegations of abuse, there are some things you definitely should not do: (1) If the children are at home do not allow the caseworker in (all the while being pleasant), without a warrant and a police officer present,  (2) Keep your children home from that point on; do not give the authorities any opportunities to pick up your children elsewhere,  (3) If they have already picked up your children, you will have no choice but to cooperate.  In either case ... immediately call an attorney.  As pleasantly as possible, insist to the caseworker that you will not speak to him or her except in your attorney's presence.  NEVER speak to a caseworker without your attorney present.  Chances are good that your words will be twisted and used against you.  Do not allow the caseworker to badger you or threaten you.  Keep calm, and say nothing that will convey that you are upset with the caseworker's actions.  The caseworker is there to 'help' you, and you must be appreciative of his or her assistance.  The worse your attitude, the worse it will go for you.  It's not pleasant, but it's a fact of life.

You may assume that you are a model parent who need not fear CPS intervention.  Do not allow naiveté to cloud your judgement.  Many model parents have been caught in the trap.  BEFORE anything happens you should be prepared to act immediately.

First, of course, keep a strong prayer life.  Dedicate your children to the Lord.  Make sure you are not living in disobedience to God's Word.  Your best protection is the Lord Himself.  If you are truly a child of God, nothing can befall you without His direction or permission. ...

NEVER allow your children to come under the influence of child care professionals, especially without being present yourself.  All such professionals - including teachers - are required by law to report any signs of possible abuse, regardless of whether or not they even suspect abuse.  Should they not report such signs, they are subject to prosecution, fines and even imprisonment.  They may be nice people whom you think you can trust implicitly, but they are operating under fear.  They have no choice but to act.

Instruct your children NEVER to discuss family matters with anyone else unless you are present, even in the classroom.  To prodding they should respond, 'I want my daddy (or mommy).'

Characteristics of Those Involved in Child-Snatching

They will lie, falsify documents and statements, produce false 'expert and psychiatry' reports, bully and intimidate, commit perjury, threaten with and/or section the mother/father as mentally ill, spread false rumours about the parents in their area,

They will turn the child against the parents: 'Mummy doesn't love you any more... that's why you're here.',

They are cold, unemotional, robotic (as a result of neuro-linguistic programming), ... They will hand the child back to the abusive/paedophilic partner (see section below),

They operate in a public 'network' of Common Purpose involving Social Services, Local Authorities, police, psychiatrists, and law firms,

Bent judges perpetrate fraudulent courts to snatch the child.

Child-Snatching in Child Abuse Cases Includes the Following:

Blocking evidence of paedophile abuse brought by adults and children by delays, 'lost' documents, obfuscation, and stonewalling,

Countering allegations of abuse by the spreading of false rumours about the victim, family, and mothers in particular. This may be done verbally, in written documents, and/or by 'gossip',

Using the psychiatric profession to undermine those reporting crimes by labelling them with false and inaccurate mental illnesses. Psychiatric reports are often written by psychiatrists who have never met the subject of their report,

Coaching child victims in closed-door interviews that their abuse claims are imaginary. A number of psychologists and psychotherapists seem to specialise in providing these 'services'. Some produce damning expert psychological reports on parents and children they have never met in person,

Psychological harassment of the victim family by threats of removing the abused child, and/or the forcible placement of the child with the person originally identified as an abuser,

Threats to isolate the family: 'Don't speak to anyone about the case, don't speak to the press or media.'  Often this threat is reinforced by suggesting that speaking out will automatically ensure the child is taken away from their mother or father, or both,

Collusion between the Police, Social Services, NHS, and legal teams, so that the victim family is held on the outside of a 'decision making ring', over which they have no influence or right of appeal,

Deliberate isolation of the child from parents to break family bonds and relationships. The child is taught that there is no contact with the parent ('because they don't love you anymore'). In fact the parent is blocked by Social Services from seeing the child,

Repeated Court hearings which drain the family physically, emotionally, and financially,

Ultimately, the child victim is removed from the parent via the Family Courts within a secret hearing which shuts out the public and the wider press and media.

The Most Frequent Reasons For Child Removal

Domestic Violence:  Even when restricted to shouting and even when the violent parent separated years ago. The theory is that if children see their parents argue and (God forbid) shout at each other they will suffer significant emotional abuse and should be taken away to the illusory safety of the extremely dangerous State care system.

Borderline Personality Disorder or Narcissistic Traits:  Usually diagnosed by a psychiatrist or psychologist who habitually gives evidence to the family courts in favour of social services and with few if any private patients. Parents are routinely refused a second opinion and if they get a highly favourable report from a top expert paying privately it is usually ignored even it is more up to date.

Hostility and Refusal to Engage or Work with Professionals:  It is however difficult to work with persons who tell you their intention is to take your newborn baby or young children and give them to strangers for adoption.

A Parent Who Was Abused in Childhood or Brought Up 'In Care':  Is often deemed to be an unfit parent because of the danger that they had no parents in care and learned nothing of parenthood or that they would in turn repeat the abuse they had suffered as a child by abusing their own children.

A Father (and Sometimes a Mother) With a Criminal Record of Violence:  Against other adults but never against their partner or their children is still judged too much of a danger to care for children even if the offences are several years old.

An Untidy House, Children Who Stay Up Late, a Chaotic Lifestyle:  That does not fit in with the way our politically correct social workers think we should live.

Absences From School or Reports From School That a Child Was Heard Reporting Ill treatment to Another Child:  Such cases are of course worth investigating but never warrant the immediate removal of the child by social services as happens only too often. A child returning [to] school with a bruise, or a child accidentally breaking or fracturing a limb is nearly always held to be the victim of an 'unexplained' injury, and that soon translates into a non-accidental injury for which parents are blamed and the child removed into 'state care' (where abuse is commonplace) even when there is no previous pattern of bruises or injuries.

Anonymous Tip-Offs:  Now described as 'referrals reporting physical or sexual abuse of a child with no further evidence', that often result in the immediate removal of a child often based purely on hearsay and gossip.

Parents Who 'Put Their Own Needs Before Those of Their Children':  A mantra that is repeated in a monotone by social workers when they can think of no other criticism of parents to make. A completely meaningless phrase that gives a false sense of superiority to the person making it when really it is just their unsubstantiated opinion.

And Perhaps Worst Of All... Babies Are Removed at Birth For 'Risk of Emotional Abuse':  Yes, you read that correctly. Social workers actually do claim to predict the future, and for parents it is always a bleak one when the 'SS' consult their tea-leaves or their crystal balls. Gypsies can be quite accurate through generations of practice when they predict your future but social workers and judges? Mothers suffer the worst possible punishment inflicted in the UK since hangings were abolished. The removal of their new born babies at birth to be given away for life to complete strangers for adoption is far, far worse for parents than any prison sentence.

Social Care: A Poem

by Anne Murray

"It has become apparent that, in this modern day,
our health and social services are rife with compliancy.

"And if you dare to tell them, this system isn't right,
Prepare yourself for battle; you're going to have a fight.

"They twist and turn the subject; to them we're all the same,
They will take away your dignity, and blacken your good name.

"Then you'll be abandoned, to suffer a bureaucratic fate,
Targeted by the social sharks; that use our babies as bait.

"The destruction of the family will be their only goal,
It has become apparent: the social care system has no soul"

Withdraw Thy Foot...

"God gave children to parents, not to the State, to love, nurture, teach, discipline, and train up into adulthood.  It does not take a 'village' or the 'Collective' or State-run 'Care' homes to raise a child; it takes a loving and biological/adoptive/foster family.  Please see the article Communism and the Family for the ideology underlying the 'Collective'.
