Hudson & Co Fee Structure

ur fee structure is based on hourly rates for different level fee earners, which are very competitive rates by City of London standards. We strive to provide costs estimates for all work undertaken depending upon the nature and extent of the anticipated legal work involved. In straightforward cases, where the work is able to be clearly defined at the outset, we are able to provide our services for a fixed fee.

Our fees will be quoted exclusive of VAT, which currently is chargeable on our fees and most disbursements at the standard rate of 20%. Some work for international clients can be charged without VAT having to be added to the bill.

Our aim is to deliver value for money with close attention to the provision of personal service. Our clients will have the benefit of supervision of the case by a solicitor or legal counsel, not a law clerk or unqualified staff.
