About Us

Enneagram Facilitators was set up in 2000 by Ann Binnie and Josephine Seccombe.

We are graduates of Enneagram Professional Training in the Narrative Tradition taught by Helen Palmer, author of “The Enneagram in Love and Work” and David Daniels MD, clinical professor of psychiatry at Stanford University Medical School. We are also both on the team at Emmaus House, Bristol, described by Helen Palmer as “the spiritual home of the Enneagram in the UK”.

Ann Ann Binnie is a professional brand strategist with a long career in advertising and brand identity work. Increasingly the importance of the people in organizations and behind brands has fascinated her. Having been introduced to the Enneagram in the mid 1990s by Josephine Seccombe, she became hooked and has been using it increasingly in her personal and business life. She works with Josephine to bring it to voluntary sector and commercial organisations and in open workshops. She has also started to introduce it through leadership training courses for business and sports leaders.

Josephine Josephine Seccombe is a facilitator/trainer with experience across a wide range of groups from diverse backgrounds. Working mainly with agencies in the communications industry and the voluntary sector, she has shown how much the Enneagram has to offer, both to individuals in terms of more effective self-management, and groups in terms of improved teamwork. Her experience has encouraged her towards work with interfaith groups. Here the benefits of a shared language and empathic understanding can overcome discord and division, with possibilities for lifelong change.
