About Us

Enneagram Facilitators was set up in 2000 by Ann Binnie and Josephine Seccombe.

We are graduates of Enneagram Professional Training in the Narrative Tradition taught by Helen Palmer, author of “The Enneagram in Love and Work” and David Daniels MD, clinical professor of psychiatry at Stanford University Medical School. Ann Ann Binnie is a professional brand strategist and researcher with a long career in advertising and brand identity work. Increasingly the importance of the people in organizations and behind brands has fascinated her. Having been introduced to the Enneagram in the mid 1990s by Josephine Seccombe, she became hooked, qualified with EANT, and has been using it extensively in her personal and business life. Her focus is now on business applications, including leadership training, ad hoc workshops and continuous programmes of one on one coaching and group work.

Josephine Josephine Seccombe qualified with EANT in 2000 and, now living in Oxford, her work is mainly with groups who live locally. These people include the ordained, lay, religious and those with no formal faith practice. As a Unitarian she can take the 'objective outsider' role particularly with parish teams and communities of nuns who want to build better self-management skills and greater empathy with others using the Enneagram. She is available as a mentor to those who seek greater self-awareness and understanding, only if they are willing to work with the Enneagram.
