I am a professional user acceptance tester of six years. Three of those years have been in a Project Leader Role. Full details of my career in UAT can be found in my CV.
If you look in the references section of this document (at the end) you will find a reference from my Executive Manager, the Compliance Officer of the company. This reference details not only my abilities in the role of UAT, but also my management experience, which occurred over a nine month period in 1995, when my Manager was unexpectedly very ill, and was off work for nine months.
I am currently in full time employment with Royal Liver Assurance Limited, a financial services company. However, I am also interested in moving onwards and upwards. If you are looking for a highly motivated and creative Project Leader, with superb experience in the field, then contact me.
I am contactable by mobile phone (0973 249507) or by e-mail
The field of User Acceptance Testing is a large one, so to make this site more easily navigable (and also to make it easier for me to create it - lol) I have created the sections shown below. Note that some of the links are not activated, this is because I haven't finished yet!

Note about books. Yes - This is an amazon affliate program, and I do get a small cut. However, that is not the reason these books are here. I provide this listing as part of "the service" - testing is an important subject - and these books are good reading on the subject. I offer all my own content free - unfortunately you have to pay for these 8>).
Any monies I get from Amazon (and it isn't a lot - I assure you) goes towards helping me keep the site going. It's probably best described as my "get ever so slightly richer - incredibly slowly scheme" - can I talk you into this MLM scheme? 8>)
Anyway - just wanted to be honest with you - have a look at the books, there are some really good ones. The obvious ommission is "Testing Computer Software" by Cem Kaner. An excellent book - but Amazon don't have it any more (they used to - it's where I got my copy). You'll have to try somewhere else.
Some of the best books on software testing. All the images are clickable, and are reviewed on the Amazon site
Of course, test analysis comprises of two parts - Testing (see above) and Analysis. Having used both structured and object oriented analysis techniques, and found both to have their own merits, I have also shown below some of the best analysis technique books. Please note that for some reason, Amazon seems to only show the covers of the OO books - this is their bias not mine (I presume it is because the OO books sell more - but thats only a guess)
