Competitions are held in the first Sunday of each month, starting at 9 am and finishing at 4 pm, with trophies and tackle prizes totalling almost £200 split among the first 8 places. After the competition is over, competitors can also have a free catch and release session until closing time if they wish.

Sunday, May 2nd -Singles. (Sponsored by Glen of Rothes Trout Fishery} This is a heat of the NOSSFA Championships, where prizes total £3,000 - not to be missed! The first three from each heat go through to the final at Lochs of Logie.

The Winter Pairs competition starts on the 1st October, and runs for six months. Anglers fish as a pair once a month on the day of their choice, and after six months the pair with the highest combined bag weight for the whole six months are the winners. Prizes are awarded down to tenth place. The final will be held on Sunday, 26th March 2000.

Sunday, January 23rd - A bait competition (although
fly methods can also be used, but no
spinning) in the main loch on Sunday, 23rd. There will be no bag-limit, so
competitors can take away
every fish that they catch. First prize will be £100, 2nd prize £75
and so on. Entry fee will be £28. For
