How many times can I call my PA? In most cases you can call your PA as many times as you like in the month. This only varies on Bespoke Service.
You add a premium to goods and services don't you? No we don't. You will only pay the market value - or less if we can use our buying power on your behalf. Of course we don't use the cheapest tradesmen! We demand level of quality but won't charge premiums.
I feel unsure about giving over my personal details - should I worry? No - you shouldn't. We maintain confidentiality at all times - not least in accordance with the appropriate data protection legislation. We will only disclose your information at your request or with your prior agreement.
Why should we trust TF7? TF7 is a small team sharing information and expertise. If ONE single member of the team fails to meet our standards we all fail. The entire team is trained, audited and committed to exceeding your expectations.
Help! - I need to contact you out of hours. Emergencies happen at the most inopportune moments. All subscribing members have access to a 24 hour emergency line - answered by a person - not a machine. Why do we do this? Because our clients need us to be there and constantly inform us of how much they appreciate this piece of mind.
Are you insured? Yes - we have public liability insurance.
Do you have a feedback program? Yes - feedback is essential. We could call it a complaints procedure - but we firmly believe that as a team we should know our clients well enough for them to speak to us before a 'concern' becomes a complaint. Every member of the team has the authority to deal with your concerns as they see appropriate. If you feel that you need to speak to Aston or James at any time then all you need do is ask. |
