This monthly charge of £345 [not including VAT] for Platinum enables your household to call upon the services of TF7 through your dedicated Personal Assistant. Your own PA takes responsibility for your entire portfolio. No additional charges are accured if your PA is required to leave the office to complete a task on your behalf - subject to some monthly mileage limits.

As a Platinum client you may call your PA as many times in a month as you like. You will be able to call upon the extensive list of tried and trusted suppliers that we at TF7 have come to trust ourselves. You will NOT be charged more than the going rate for the service or product that we arrange for you. Moreover you can rest assured that the quality of work carried out on your behalf will not only meet your expectations but also those of the TF7 team.

Inclusive Platinum Services:

As a Platinum client you are also entitled to 8 home visits per month under the Home-Call service. As an example - using Home-Call your TF7 PA could:

    - Purchase, deliver and store your weekly grocery and small household goods.
    - Purchase, collect and deliver flowers, greeting cards and other similar items.
    - Arrange dry cleaning, repairs, DVD rentals, deliver letters, parcels and collect post.
    - Collect and deliver your photo processing.
    - Visit your home whilst you are away to give the appearance of a 'lived in look'.

this list is just an example - we can offer much more. Just suggest the service you require and your TF7 PA will tell you if we can do it!


As an additional service we can wait in your home for tradesmen or delivery companies at a charge of £12 per half hour. It is possible to include this service by 'banking' time included in your monthly package.

Please note that all purchases are charged to the client at cost.

Platinum also includes Diary Line - a diary management facility.

Clients can request us to hold keys for properties to gain access as and when required. We are happy to facilitate a 'key holding service' subject to rigorous security procedures. This service is available across all packages
