Gathering 2001 Pricing Policy

We are a Clan Society owned and run by ourselves. This is our Gathering run for Chisholms by Chisholms.
We aim to break even as we did in 1996. We do not intend to make a loss however small and we feel that all attending Chisholms would wish to help us in this aim.
The earlier we know the number of Chisholms coming the easier to accurately cost the tickets. There are therefore substantial reductions for early payments.
We all want to enjoy ourselves. The more work and arrangements that can be done before the week, and the less complications that we have to deal with during the week, the easier it will be for all the organisers during the week.
Prices are the same for both Clan Chisholm Society members and non-members. We trust that non-members will see the light and join during the week.
To make it easier for everyone including the Society Hon. Treasurer, the total price for the full weeks trips and evening ceilidhs is pitched considerably lower than if one pays for each day separately.
There will be a reduction for those paying a non-returnable delegate deposit by the end of May 2001.
Payments can be made either directly to the Hon. Treasurer in the U.K. or if more convenient to your International Branch Treasurer for onwards transmission along with other members' remittances. The same reductions will be applied for group payments as for single payments.
Extras such as admission tickets will be 'At Cost'.
