Diary

August

September

During my first month there was a lot to take in. Apparently the bean bag by the bottom of the stairs is my bed so sneaking onto it when Sarah and Nigel go to bed is unnecessary. The same does not go - sadly - for the comfy looking sofas. When I hear Nigel or Sarah coming downstairs in the morning I run into the kitchen. By doing this they think I have been up and about for ages and it also lets me get some speed up as I run to greet them.

I have been given a few strange objects ( called toys ). So far I have only worked out what to do with one of them. It is called a Kong and Sarah or Nigel put treats inside it, then we wait a while and they get the treats out and I eat them. Sometimes I play with it for a short while to humour them but I know they will give in before me ;-)

One day Sarah took me to a place called "work" where I met two men. One of them was quite quiet and seemed nice although I wasn't sure so I stuck close to Sarah. The other one was scary and kept trying to play with me - I don't think so!<

I have also been to another place where there were lots of other animals in a big room. Some of the other animals were crying and if truth be told I was quite scared but I don't know why. We went into a small room where a very nice woman examined me from top to tail - I think I'm in there!

The weather has been pretty good for a few days, and on Saturday we had a bar-b-que but strangely my food looked just like the Eukanuba I normally get. Bar-b-que's are always disappointing.

One morning, towards the end of August we loaded up the car and hit the road. Check out my first holiday to see what happened.
