Chi is an energy force relating to yin and yang polarity which are based in the body, and circulate through them. Remember that the fluids in the body doesn't just travel left to right but also rotates like a corkscrew through the body even on the way out. energy covers the same principles this is what allows energy to enter matter and exit it. If two forces oppose each other they will generate shock waves an till they harmonize with each other just like the sea and the moon when a strike is delivered with chi it will generate a wave of energy which will disrupt there energy levels and cause injury. when both principles are mastered and deployed then you can deliver explosive strikes.

Chi varies at different levels each level makes up a part of the spectrum as the chi moves through the body it changes so that it can deliver resources to each part of the body so to maintain the health of the body and mind.
