Welcome to the home page of the UK Star Fleet Battles Rated Ace and Patrol Tournaments, held at Furrycon!

These tournaments are supported by Amarillo Design Bureau, Inc (the producers of SFB) and give UK and European players a rare opportunity to enjoy Star Fleet Battles and meet other players outside your local gaming group. Not to mention the opportunity to win a coveted 'Rated Ace' title!

Furrycon 2000 was held at Brighton, between the dates Friday 11th August (6 p.m.) and Monday 14th August (6 p.m.).

Furrycon 2001 will be held at the same venue and similar weekend in August. Refer to the Venue Details page for further information, or visit the Furrycon website.

The 'Rated Ace' tournament will cover all four days of the convention. The winner will be found through several single elimination rounds. Refer to the Rated Ace Tournament page for further details.

Patrol tournaments will be run on each of the four days.

The patrol tournaments allow those of you who cannot make all four days or who are knocked out of the 'Rated Ace' tournament to nevertheless have a great time playing Star Fleet Battles! Refer to the Patrol Tournaments page for further details.

Certain special events are currently under consideration. Possibilities include a multiplayer fleet battle, chariot races and a Star Fleet Battles demonstration for beginners. Refer to the Special Events page for further details.

The entrance fee for the Rated Ace Tournament will be £2. Entrance to all four days of Patrol also cost £2, or £1 for one day. If you want to enter both tournaments, £3 will cover both. These charges for entry are in order to cover costs and prizes. The tournament will be non-profit making and all fees collected in excess of costs will go towards prizes!
