One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after;
that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life  (Psalm 27:4)

The State as Parent
State Intrusion into the Sanctity and Privacy of the Family

"We must remove the children from the crude influence of their families.
We must take them over and, to speak frankly, nationalize them
"

"[T]he most vulnerable children in our society ... are in our care; we, the state, are their parents"

"The first thing that a totalitarian regime tries to do is to get at the children,
to distance them from the subversive, varied influences of their families,
and indoctrinate them in their rulers' view of the world"

"Above all things, the child needs protecting from the state"

What To Do If Your Child is Targeted by Social Workers

Advice and helpful information from Christian Voice and various other Support Groups.

If You Are Ever Approached by Anyone From Social Services

"If you are ever approached by anyone from social services, keep in mind that regardless of what they say, most of them are certainly not there to 'help' you. They may appear 'nice' and 'helpful', but never lose sight of the fact that most of these individuals usually 'believe' the anonymous allegations reported against a family..."

Surviving Safeguarding

"My aims are: to guide parents and their families through the child protection process through my own extensive knowledge and experiences, providing advice, support and links to other agencies; to encourage social workers and parents to work together as experts in the best interests of the whole family; To use my experiences to promote humane working practice and help social workers to reconnect and nurture vital human relationships with their service users through my unique, supportive training packages; To launch a nationwide parental advocacy programmed run by experienced parents like me which will: provide one-to-one support for parents and their families through the child protection process; ensure parents and their families have a voice; bridge the gap between social workers and service users and promote collaborative and good working relationships."

Parents Against Injustice (PAIN)

"We are a voluntary organisation, run and founded by volunteers who are here to provide help and support to families caught in the care system. We try and assist where possible and make no judgments to your situation. All contact is totally confidential and kept within the organisation. Our website has been designed to give pointers on places to go for information and help. Following recent coverage on the media, we also highlight the appalling treatment families are subjected to by Civil Servants. Remember, these are people employed in the public sector and funded by tax payers revenue. ... [We are] here to campaign, lobby, give advice and support to parents and careers who feel they have been wrongly accused of child abuse, make parents aware of their legal rights, assist them in getting lawyers and help them recover after being pulled through a system which often leaves them feeling abused themselves."

The Families and Social Services Information Team Website (FASSIT)

"Fassit was founded in 2005. A non-governmental voluntary organisation independent of Local Authority Social Services Departments. Fassit provides a website containing  information and advice for families with children experiencing frustration in working with Social Services in Child Protection Proceedings. Initially an organisation looking to change views over the legitimacy and ethics of 'forced adoption' the organisation has grown to encompass support for individuals at any point in the investigative processes operated by Children's Social Services..."

Justice For Families Campaign Group

"Justice for Families is the Public Family Law Reform Coordinating Campaign. It is chaired by John Hemming MP and has been set up to support families who have suffered at the hands of a system that is urgently in need of reform. It campaigns for a just system of Public Family Law where the right decisions are taken through due process and with proper evidence."

Unity Injustice

"This website has been set up by parents to help and support families with children who are experiencing problems with UK Social Services. If you are a parent, grandparent, family member or carer looking for advice, because the social services have taken your precious children from you then this website may be able to help. ... This website includes extensive information/advice/links on Local Authorities Social Services Departments, public law child care proceedings, child protection procedures/policies/complaints, latest news and events..."

Legally Kidnapped

"Exposing the Child Protective industry for what it really is."

Forced Adoption

"Our main objectives [are] to persuade the UK government to abolish forced adoption and stop punishment without crime. We have laws in the UK and those who break the laws are rightly punished. Unfortunately those who do not break the law are also punished and that makes the whole idea of the law absurd. This applies especially to mothers whose babies are taken away at birth for 'risk of emotional abuse' and later adopted by strangers..."

Access To Your Records

"Get copies of your Social Services files and your children's files. You are entitled to have copies not just to view them! Remember to view them is free anyway. Make sure you ask for: (1) Copies of all records, handwritten AND computerised; (2) Copies of all e-mails, faxes, letters, etc. E-mails are very important. The SS do not expect you to ask for these. It is amazing what you can uncover; (3) Copies of all telephone messages; (4) Copies of all internal memos; (5) Copies of all contact logs from any contact centres that you or your family have attended; (6) Copies of all 'Running Sheets'. This is the day-to-day log of what is happening in your case (like a diary). You can tell if any are missing as they are numbered. You MUST ensure you get copies of these. Check them against the reports that SS have given into court."

The Secret Family Courts (Court Abuse of Children)

Articles and information pertaining to the Social 'Services' and 'Family' Courts.

Fathers for Justice

"By the end of today, another 200 children will have been cruelly separated from their fathers in secret family courts. ... Our mission is to end fatherlessness and the cancer of family breakdown; to ensure all children have a meaningful, loving relationship with their fathers; to ensure fathers have a legal presumption of 50/50 shared parenting after separation; to protect children, fathers, grandparents and other family members from cruel and degrading treatment which can result in their forced separation in secret courts; to open the door on closed courts and secure open justice for all  with the introduction of a 'duty of candour', scrutiny, transparency, and regulation of the courts; to end child support discrimination against fathers on the basis of their gender. Child support should mean emotional and financial support; to end the demonisation and denigration of men and boys in society; to launch a Public Enquiry into the Family Justice system, headed by Sir Bob Geldof; to engage in immediate, radical reform of the entire family justice system including a new Bill of Rights & Responsibilities for Families, based upon our Blueprint for Family Law."

Families Need Fathers

"Families Need Fathers is a registered UK charity which provides information and support to parents, including unmarried parents, of either sex. FNF is chiefly concerned with the problems of maintaining a child's relationship with both parents during and after family breakdown. ... We believe... children have a right to a continuing loving relationship with both parents; children need to be protected from the harm of losing contact with one parent; both parents should be treated equally and shared parenting should be encouraged; the Family Courts should be backed by a nationally funded mediation service; litigation is nit the preferred rout for resolving post separation children's matters."

Grandparents Apart UK

"Grandparents denied contact - we can help. ... Put the children first - your conflict second. Let us help reduce your legal costs; let us help reduce the stress of separation; let us help reduce the pain for the whole family. There is an alternative to legal action. We can help you to find the solution to suit your family."

UK Column

"The UKColumn is a free media organisation that was set up by ordinary people ... who are sick and tired of the media cover-ups, one sided journalism and blatant political propaganda. The truth is simply not being reported by the mainstream media anymore.  UKColumn looks at Paedophile cover-ups and Child-Stealing by the State; [also] the 'Charity' Common Purpose and its role in creating 'future leaders'..."
